Im writing this review for Jasmine! She is one of the customer care reps for this office. Every time I have the pleasure of speaking with her, she has always been easily the most helpful!!! Very compassionate and caring! I know if I talk to her, my request for help will definitely happen! She deserves a raise!!!

I can always get an appointment in a timely manner. Your staff members work in a professional manner to keep things going will. Dr. Corpus has provided me with good health care. He will let me say whatever I'd like to say in a careful manner. I'm completely satisfied with his service as needed.
I scheduled an appointment for my aunt over the phone; they gave her all the details. But today, when she went to see her, they simply refused, saying the assigned doctor wasn't the right one. We called Ambetter, and they reassigned Dr. Lorenzo retroactively. Even so, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and never tried to help. My aunt also lost a day of work. If you schedule an appointment with this doctor, please double-check everything because they canceled my aunt's appointment without notifying her, even though she's an elderly woman.
