Dr. Long has been my doctor and my family doctor for almost 30 years. His office is closed suddenly without notification to patients and I don’t understand. He saved my life this year and I don’t want a new doctor. If Ul of F I had anything to do with his leaving. I will drop them like a hot potato and never use them again.
Phone is never answered, voicemail is full. Tried to schedule an appointment for my mother on Thursday 9/18 as she was discharging from rehab 9/19, however, was told by Kay to call back 9/21 yet there is no answer and as always the voicemail is full. Kay assured me that she would be there, but thag Dr. Long wouldn't because it's his birthday. There was zero reason she couldn't have set up the appointment when I called Thursday other than pure laziness. I hear he is a great doctor, but Kay makes his practice terrible. It took me 3 weeks just to get PFL paperwork completed and all Kay would say is "It's in his mailbox" with no regard for her failing health status and why i was needing it completed it the first place.
Dr Long has been my physician for 25 years. I love him he is caring and so knowledgeable . Now, where the heck is he and why! This sudden departure is very concerning !!!
ABSOLUTE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD, HANDS DOWN! Extremely professional, thorough, conscientious, and a straight shooter. Tells you straight up if there is an issue and doesn't appease you. Set a plan that's medically sound to correct health issues. Great personality and bedside manner. Wish I'd have found him years ago!
Dr Mason Long has been my Dr for many, many years, I believe that he has saved my life acouple of times, this man listens to you, spends time with you, treats you as a person, I believe he has my back.i can't say enough about him.
