Our experience with Logo Depot was great. The lettering they did on our store front came out perfect. I think what a lot of people don't understand as a business owner running a small business the owner is always burning the candle at both ends. Starting out it's impossible to cover over head and hire help. So for that reason I have major respect for this business owner who is trying to answer calls, emails, create and design along with installs. I highly recommend this company they deliver a great product at a fair price.
Update January 2017: We just picked up two more orders from AJ and his team and once again they did an awesome job. Logo Depot now has a new location off College Drive and their new facility is huge! They have me a tour of the building and they have equipment and machines going everywhere. Congrats guys on the continued growth and thanks again for doing such nice work on the tshirts and signs. I have been using Logo Depot for almost three years now and have ordered everything from shirts to signs and other screen printed items. We have always received excellent products, usually well before their expected date of completion. Everyone up at the shop is so helpful and a real pleasure to work with. This is a family-run small business and you can really see the difference in the quality of work produced as compared to some foreign-owned online company. If you ever have questions or need to make a last-minute change to an order (after they have already started working on it, sorry again about that guys!) the owners are always on-hand and available. Thanks again for doing such a great job time and time again! I would highly recommend Logo Depot without a doubt.
We had AJ, the owner, of Logo Depot do the decals for 4 of our service work trucks. After approximately 2 months, the decal on one of the trucks began to peel off significantly. We called AJ and informed him of the problem and he stated he would get us on his schedule to replace the decal. We never heard from him. Since then, we have called him numerous times and we have never heard back from him. If you go into their office, no one is ever there. Logo Depot clearly does not stand behind their work. Our company would not recommend using them.
Very knowledgeable and professional staff. A.J. and Jensen have been great to deal with! We have had many projects completed using Logo Depot such as many custom stickers, magnets, and embroidery done and they have nailed it each time with each project! The products have all been excellent quality as well. I can't say enough good things about our experiences here. We will be using them for our future projects. Screen printing shirts will be likely be our next project. Many thanks to these guys for their hard work!
I loved my experience with Logo Depot, I needed 15 uniforms made for my basketball team in a hurry and Logo Depot got the job done and for the best price around. I also needed T-shirts and a banner done in a hurry and once again Logo Depot got the job done and for a great price. AJ was friendly and stuck to his word on all the products i needed done. I highly recommend Logo Depot for all your needs
