On one of my shopping visits at The loft in The Avenue mall I had to praise the two lovely sales associates that were so helpful. Veronica and Robin went above and beyond to suggest items. They both are definitely assets to The Loft.

I prefer in person to the online call center. The store is helpful. The call center is HORRIBLE!!!!! They are a WASTE OF TIME!!!
Every single time I go in the store I'm never greeted, no one offers to get me a fitting room no matter how full my arms are, and they don't smile there. The store is clean but always super hot. No one likes to try cloths on when it's hot
Rude and no customer service what so ever. Will never shop here again!! My daughter wanted a shirt from a higher rack and the lady acted like it was a problem to get it for her. They made rude comments to my daughters and I as we were walking out!! Definitely need new staff!!
No petite shorts but that's not their fault. Friendly sales girl and nice things but I was looking for something specific. I'll be back.
