Locker Room by Lids

I am so impressed by the customer service I received from Chris today at the locker room in orange park store # 8115. My son has been dying for an Eagle Barkley jersey size large youth in green and everyone has sold out before the Super Bowl. Chris kept me up to date with how many were still in stock until I could make it there after work for pick up the LAST ONE! I’m more than thankful for his assistance helping me with this.

Had a good experience. Buy one hat get 2nd half off.

I went to the Orange Park Mall at 9:30am expecting this store to open at 10am with the mall. After they didn't open at 10, I checked the website and it said it opens at 10am. I walked around the mall until 11:15am and this store never opened. What a waste of my time. I was going in to purchase a jersey but they lost out on the sale! No store hours are posted anywhere at the front of the store.

Walked into the Orange Park location was greeted by no one. Asked one young lady if she worked there she said what when asked again she asked why so we walk out and made a purchase at another store. The employee name was Hailey.
