Sheila was so amazing! The customer service and warmth was through the roof. She was so knowledgeable about all the products she gave my friend a facial. She’s never used the skin care. But she will now! Her social skills are ridiculously good!! We’ll be back just to see her!
I love L’Occitane! Their Shea line is my absolute favorite! I also love their divine skin care line and lavender body wash! There’s always something new and fun to try! The employees are all so friendly and very knowledgeable and very helpful and very personable! It’s always a great experience every time I visit! I highly recommend!
This L'Occitane is "High Octane"! Great customer service and wonderful products! My wife and I were immediately and warmly greeted by Natasha (sales associate) and by Estefany (store manager). Natasha was super helpful, knowledgeable, sincerely friendly and polite. My wife is extremely happy with her purchase! We also enjoyed our conversations with both Natasha and Estefany. Wonderful experience! Thank you ladies!
Natasha was the sweetest and so helpful! Really made my experience so effortless. Will be coming back absolutely because of her customer service! And of course the amazing products L’Ooccitane has to offer, especially the hand creams.
