What a wonderful first experience with IVIG infusion therapy. The office is clean and serene. A very comfortable environment. Nurse Cathy and receptionist Rose are both warm and wonderful ladies. I was the first IVIG patient in this particular location and Rose took excellent care getting me through the intake process. Cathy proved to be exceptional at what she does. She provided me lots of information about the drug I was being given and was exceptionally patient with me constantly wanting to touch my IV site. If further treatments are prescribed I will feel like I'm going to visit new friends when I go for my infusions. Thank you both.
Shannon who administered my infusion is truly professional and has a very calming personality. She continues to conduct my infusions and when each is completed I feel that she has my health in very capable hands.
Local Infusion made us feel like we are their top priority. Nurse Cathy is extremely knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure we knew what to expect and answered all our questions. Rose at the front desk made us feel welcomed as soon as we opened the door.
