Eric Halter was our mortgage loan agent when we moved from Delaware to Florida almost 2 years ago. He made the whole process seamless, everything went perfectly. He was hands on, cared that all was going well, offered advice that allowed us to make good decisions with our funds. Now two years later, he stays in touch, letting us know what the rate situation is to lower our mortgage rate. He says that once you are a client, you will be his client whenever you need him. My husband and I cannot say enough about Eric. He is a gem that stands out in a world that can be unsettling. Please give him a call, you will never regret it.
Chris is great! He was very helpful and responded in a timely manner to emails and calls. He handled everything I needed help with and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend him. This is our second time using him to finance our home!
Eric is great to work with. He made home buying easy for us and would definitely recommend him. Very knowledgeable and experienced.
I wholeheartedly recommend Eric Halter at LoanSource Lending Inc ! From start to finish, Eric was an absolute gem in my mortgage journey. His dedication to his clients is truly remarkable. Eric consistently went above and beyond to consider my unique situation, ensuring that I felt supported every step of the way. He was always available to answer my questions, no matter how big or small, and his patience during both the highs and lows of the process was incredibly reassuring. During the closing, Eric was right by my side, guiding me through the entire signing process and addressing any concerns I had. His expertise and commitment made what could have been a daunting experience feel seamless and manageable. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate underwriter, look no further than Eric Halter. He is a true professional who genuinely cares about his clients, and I am so grateful for his support! Ms. Loman
