I posted a review for this company years ago, but looks like it’s no longer showing up, not sure why. Definitely important to tell the story of how amazing this company is. From 2018 to 2019, we tried to hire companies to remodel our home. Most didn’t show up and the ones that did tried to talk us into designs we didn’t have any interest in. One guy actually retired in our kitchen when discussing plans to remodel our house, that was disappointing, but also kind of funny. All of this led us to Lloyd’s Construction. A friend referred them to us and they did an unbelievable job. Our house looks amazing. They did everything right and if it wasn’t right, they redid it, sometimes more than once without us even asking. Their attention to detail and customer service is the very best I’ve ever seen and it’s not even close. My house still looks amazing to this day, 5 years later and everything still works perfectly. It gets even better, years after they made my house into a dream home, I had an air conditioning issue. I called a couple of “larger” A/C companies in town and of course, I needed a “new system” and it would be around $15K to $18K. I called Lloyd’s and they fixed my A/C for $1100. They had no real reason to do this, they did it simply because they are great people. I should add that their team did this repair between Christmas to New Year’s Day, Think about that. No matter what you might need home remodel or repair wise, find a way to work with Lloyd’s. There aren’t enough stars on Google to properly say thank you for how great this company has been to us. -Phil L.
Lloyds Construction co communicated with me so I always knew when they would arrive and what they were doing. The team leader made sure the men doing the work had everything they needed. All were very polite. They made sure everything was to my liking. They finished in good time and had no problem when I added new projects.l will be having them for future projects
We have used Lloyds for several project on our property and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure the project is perfect. Joseph is always very responsive and does an amazing job leading his team. Thank you to Joseph and Lloyds for all the hard work over the past year, we truly appreciate you!
Lloyd’s built a walkover for our condominium community. They did an amazing job! The quality of the workmanship was exceptional and it was completed in less time than they anticipated. The men working on our job were very approachable and friendly. They have excellent customer service and as Condo President of our association, I would highly recommend them to everyone. Great job and thank you everyone at Lloyd’s for a great experience!
Lloyd's Construction to great care of me and my home after a tree fell thru mu roof. They completed the roof replacement, interior repairs and even painted the exterior for me. Joseph, Jose and Sonni were on point every day, stayed on schedule and were kind and professional throughout the job. Kayla, Holly and everyone I met in the office were also super friendly and kept everything organized. I cannot thank all of them enough for getting me through everything!
