There's a reason why she gets all five star reviews: she delivers 5 star service, and then some. I called in desperation and she held the business open for me to get there before she left. She expertly did the fingerprinting then combed through my documents for me to make sure I filled out everything correctly (I had not), instructed me on what to do, including photographing every page, before sliding the whole bundle into a beautiful cellophane envelope and placing that into a prepaid/addressed Priority envelope, sealed it and and instructed me to walk across the parking lot and hand it to the USPS worker before they closed in 12 minutes...before a three day weekend! It was so seamless and easy (because she did all the thinking and most of the work!) that I left with an immense feeling of satisfaction and gratitude. She somehow turned drudgery into a pleasurable experience (AND my stuff is going to get there much sooner because of her).
I live on Saint Augustine Beach and tried multiple places, including the UPS store, the sheriffs office in St. John’s County, and the USPS. They either did not offer fingerprint service or their equipment did not work, which was the case at the UPS store. They also did not really have anyone to help. I was so glad to find Beth and Marion at Livescan 100 near World Golf Village. Beth assured me on the phone that they would be successful, and Marian who worked with me to—successfully—get my “worn fingerprints” were competent, persistent, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. I had my clearance that afternoon! I wish I had started with Livescan 100 and saved myself a lot of time and stress!
