Lisa Caffey Real Estate

I had a great experience working with Lisa to ultimately find my Florida ‘home’. Lisa was very responsive and patient with me through out the process of looking at quite a few houses. She explained what to expect all through the process, understanding I was in a position of finding a new job in a new state being totally unfamiliar with the area. As a single person being in this situation with all new surroundings and getting from a contract to permanent job for purposes of buying a home in Jacksonville, her professional attentiveness and sensitivity was SO appreciated! I’d highly recommend working with Lisa for any home buying needs you might have! Lisa Hatt

We consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have engaged Lisa Caffey as our realtor. We were building a home and, not having done so in quite some time, knew that we would need someone both reliable and knowledgeable. We would be building in Ponte Vedra over the course of a year and as residents of Washington, DC, we knew we would be unable to attend all the required and necessary meetings. We would not be able to monitor the house construction regularly as there was only so much time and expense to which we could commit. It would be difficult to keep apace of the house, the development, and the community. And, we did not have an address book filled with honest and reliable vendors from the surrounding area. Lisa fulfilled these roles for us and then some; we felt relieved that we had such a caring and attentive realtor on our side. Selecting Lisa was one of the best first steps on our move to Florida. We highly recommend her to all.

If you are looking for the a totally professional and quintessential Realtor to assist and guide you in either buying or selling a home, look no further than Lisa Caffey. Lisa is a dedicated, tireless and trustworthy Agent whose only goal is the happiness and satisfaction of her clients. Lisa was there for us from the beginning of our search for a new home in the Jacksonville area, to the signing of a purchasing contract on Christmas Eve for a new construction home in Nocatee, and every step of the way thereafter to closing and beyond. She truly “held our hand” and guided us throughout the buying process. As we were moving from Virginia to Florida, she monitored the construction of our new home and sent us photos every week. She knew exactly what we wanted done and ensured it was done correctly. She was there with us or represented us at every meeting or orientation throughout the purchase and construction process. Lisa even found us a Keller Williams Realtor to assist and guide us through the listing and sale of our old home in Virginia. It was a total “Win/Win” for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home in The Colony at Twenty-Mile. We couldn’t be happier with both Lisa and the entire Keller Williams experience. In a word, it was AWESOME!
