Line-X of East Jacksonville

Purchased the Line X LXP tri fold cover for my 25 F150 Raptor. Looks great but unfortunately it lets quite a bit of water into the bed of the truck. Been back 3 times and they've tried adjusting it but it still leaks substantially. Appears the channels on the bed rail are too shallow and it overwhelms them so that water overflows to the inside. I've had Bakflips previously and while they let a small amount of water in it was no where near what this Line X lets in. Was told this is an acceptable amount of water. Wouldn't recommend. Update 5/29/26: We've been having some rains the last few days locally and the water keeps coming in. Even in through the middle panels of the cover. This cover is basically a more expensive BAKFlip MX4 with a nicer finish and supposed better warranty, yet I can't get a reasonable resolution. I'm sure this one is defective but I keep getting told to bring it for inspection then end up with strange explanations as to why the amount of water intrusion is normal. I believe the pics speak for themselves. Unfortunately I'm stuck with an extremely pricey sieve so do your homework.

I have used this location for 3 different upgrades to my Chevy 1500, they completed a spray in bedliner, nerf bars, and most recently added the hard shelled tonneau cover. I would recommend them to anyone that needs good quality work as well as timeliness.

Was in the market for a bed liner/cover for my F150. After searching online I decided to message LineX on Phillips Highway. I was contacted quickly and visited the next day. Carl was professional and helpful in helping me find the correct product, a premium spray in liner, for my vehicle in my current situation. He also provided insight for possible future additions. I arrived at my scheduled appointment later and was greeted by the tech who gave me the time frame for the work, which they finished within. Upon pick up we inspected the work and discussed the best options available should I go ahead with a cover since I was worried about losing carrying capacity with a cover for a kayak and was impressed with the knowledge and immediate recommendations that would keep things sleek and functional for all my needs.
