Lindy's

I have shopped at Lindy’s on several occasions and went in recently to try and replace a necklace I bought years ago but lost. The young woman working there was as disinterested in helping me as anyone I ever met. I love the jewelry there, but the service was poor. I won’t be back.

My wife and I just had an amazing experience at Lindy's. We recently travelled back to Amelia for the winter. My wife packed 5-6 of her necklaces for the trip. They all had magnet clasps and when we arrived they were all tangled up. She spent a half of day trying to untangle without any success. So, I spent another day trying my hand but only made the situation worse. We asked a friend for a recommendation on a good jeweler on the Island and they recommended Lindy's. While it took them a little time they amazingly got the job done. All the staff were interested in helping in the task. When we tried to pay they refused and said just shop with us sometime. I was blown away and we will certainly be shopping there this holiday season. Excellent customer service is alive and well on the Island!!

While on a short vacation with my family, we stopped in to Lindy's and my nervous nine year old got her ears pierced for the first time. The staff was so very sweet and accommodating. They made it an exceptional experience for us! It did not hurt that the store is absolutely beautiful!

I love Lindys - such a sweet and lovely jewelry boutique. Their selection is expansive and the quality of their selection is pretty remarkable. I can't wait to go back sometime. What I love most is the care and TLC from their consultants - Jordy and Lynn were there to assist me with decisions and they are knowledgeable, patient and fun!
