I have been a client of both Mike Lindell and Jim Farson for different matters. My car accident was a minor one in the view of the insurance company but a major one in terms of the impact to my life, my family and the significant injuries I sustained. Mine was a challenging matter given the circumstances. I am a lawyer and know it is the tendency of accident victims to go with big law firms that advertise incessantly. This is the wrong approach, in my opinion. Big law firms have scores of non-lawyer underlings whose only job is to settle the case. Theirs is a numbers game. Many accident victims are instructed by less than ethical PI attorneys to undergo unnecessary medical care and treatment, including the less than responsible taking of habit forming medication. He views every one of his clients as an opportunity to fulfill a higher calling to help those in need in an ethical and honest manner.
