Taking care of one’s health as we age is no easy task. The folks at Lincare in St Augustine introduced me to something I find lacking nowadays in healthcare, sincerity, authenticity and caring. The clinic has wonderful people who work there. I finally received my CPAP machine today. It’s been a challenge fulfilling all the steps insurance requires. I needed to make many follow up calls and each and every time, Melissa or Dawn were always so helpful, reassuring and supportive as we navigated the process of clearing insurance to receive my CPAP machine today. Today with the respiratory technician, Nancy Montegue, I was able to review my new machine, learn all the details and learn the set up, and how this operates for my best advantage.
