Lili Cleaning Services

We moved to Jacksonville about five months ago, and one of the first things we looked for was a cleaning company for both a move-in cleaning and regular biweekly service. We were really lucky to find Lili Cleaning. They’ve been great from day one. They always show up on time, are very friendly and respectful, and do a really thorough job. The house always looks great when they’re done. We’ve had to change our cleaning day a couple of times, and they’ve always been very accommodating and easy to work with. One thing that really stood out to us was their honesty. During one cleaning, a roller on one of our shower doors broke. It was a very old door that we already knew needed to be replaced soon, so we weren’t upset at all. They told us about it immediately and even offered to fix it without us asking. While we didn’t take them up on the offer since it really wasn’t their fault, that kind of honesty and accountability says a lot about the kind of company they are. We’ve used cleaning companies in other cities before, and Lili Cleaning has easily been the best experience we’ve had. Their pricing is in line with other companies, but the quality of service is much better than what we’ve gotten elsewhere. I honestly have nothing bad to say about anyone from Lili Cleaning, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service.

The cleaning team at Lili did an amazing job! Best decision I ever made was hiring this company to help keep my house clean!!! Thank you, ladies!!

Lili Cleaning Services did an amazing job deep cleaning our home. They were incredibly thorough, cleaning areas I didn't even expect such as our cat's wall perches. With a toddler and pets, our home was in rough shape but Lili's employees worked hard for hours to make it beautiful. We are very thankful for their services and highly recommend them.
