Awful!!! The office staff is so miserable from checking in. No smile nothing waited in the waiting room for 25 minutes then when filly called back the blonde girl who took height and weight was not friendly at all. Then we waited in patient room for 30 minutes before the doctor came in. I went out after 25 minutes and asked the black lady at the desk how much longer and she responded with an attitude he’s with a patient. I didn’t ask that I asked how much longer because I was already there for almost an hour. The staff here is atrocious like you work with KIDS. I’m honestly disappointed in how we were treated today. I was there on time for my appointment and I waited an hour past my appointment time before seeing the doctor. If I was 15 minutes late they would cancel and charge me but hey they can waste our time and then treat us rudely. Wow Edit to respond: Still failing to take accountability. The majority of my complaints were about the rude staff and not once was that addressed. And an hour past your appointment time is unacceptable and not once did anyone respond with sympathy even after I stated I had to miss a very important work meeting due to the lack of competence at this office. I read the reviews and SEVERAL people complained about the staff and wait times, instead of taking that feedback to improve you comment back to every review with an EXCUSE. Seriously do better..

We moved south of Saint Augustine Unfortunately too far to drive but I saw your website and wanted to thank Dr Luz For five years my daughter Hannah was at office and her teen anxiety and stomach issues were dealt with most professionally with good references to Nemours and great advice and perfect diagnosis. My other child - son was always welcomed in for strep tests and all necessary with all the seasonal sicknesses etc Never were my children over-diagnosed or over-medicated unless bacterial infection. The bedside manner very comforting. We very much found the office dog and the baby with receptionist a great revelation of a family pediatrician with good intentions for family and the whole person healing. We will miss the office! They will only will accept fully vaccinated patients even though the vaccine schedule was federally changed, we have a religious exemption, and the FL Surgeon General got rid of mandatory vaccines.

Dr. Luz has been treating our kids for about 10 years. His staff and him are the best. Excellent care.
