As a new volunteer with Community Hospice i had the pleasure of meeting my 2 new friends, Geraldine (Gerry) and Barbara. It was a very pleasant visit and I look forward to seeing you both next week. a beautiful facility.... I was very impressed. Update... October 1st... Today, I visited with Ms. Gerry and Barbara again. Another very nice visit and I kept them company while they were enjoying their lunch. i am so blessed to be part of the Community Hospice team. See you next week.

Staff is great , very attentive to there patients. Clean atmosphere. I love the activities they have daily to keep patients busy to pass time.
Life Care Center is a wonderful facility. I went there for rehabilitation for my shoulder, and had wonderful care. The physical therapy department is first rate and the activity director is the best I have ever seen. She goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy and living a good life there.
My dad has been at Life Care Center of Orange Park for about two months after being at another local rehab, and the difference in care has been clear. I visit him daily (often twice a day), and I feel very comfortable with the care he’s receiving. The staff have truly become like family to us. Any small concerns we’ve had were handled quickly and professionally, which I really appreciate. The rehab team has done an amazing job helping my dad, and I’m very happy with his progress. I especially want to recognize Lita, one of the CNAs, she is incredible. She checks on him often, keeps him smiling, and truly cares about her patients. Overall, most of the staff are kind, attentive, and dedicated. We’re very grateful for the care my dad has received here.
