Life Care Center at Wells Crossing

My father has Alzheimer’s disease and unfortunately is unable to care for himself anymore, requiring round the clock care. We visited him today at Life Care Center at Wells Crossing and were SO impressed with his new home! Upon arrival we found the facility to be light and bright. It smelled extremely fresh and clean. Everyone on staff was super welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to be caring for the residents. Prior to this my Dad was at another long term care facility that was nothing short of an absolute nightmare so we were cautious about sending him to another place, but Life Care Center at Wells Crossing has been a much needed and appreciated breath of fresh air. From the first phone call with Allison, the director, to our daily calls to check in on my Dad, everyone is just so incredibly kind and helpful. We are so thankful for the care that my Dad is receiving and all of the staff who go out of their way daily to make him feel at home everyday. This facility is so wonderful and just we can’t say enough good things about it and all the ways that the staff has made our family feel so relieved knowing that my Dad is being cared for so well!

My mom has drastically declined recently and I came for a visit and 2 staff members (Nurses or Aids unsure) had her at the nurse's station chatting with her. She's almost non verbal now but I so appreciate the care they were showing to her. I asked Mom when we went to her room if she was going to be hired and she lit up! (She worked in healthcare administration for 40 years). She laughed and said I can work here! Then her aid came in after she had her lunch and was so gentle and sweet to her. Thank you to the hearts of LifeCare. Your staff is amazing!!!

Went to visit a longtime friend and had an awesome experience. The front desk was especially helpful for signing in and checking out. The nursing staff was courteous to us. If you're going to visit, you might wanna bring your own folding chair. I think those might be hard to find around the building.

Staff very friendly and personable. Facility well maintained. Interested in long term care for a relative. Were visiting friends today who like their living arrangements at Life Care Center at Wells Crossing.
