Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric

Michael was the electrician who gave us an overall safety check of our electricity. He called me when he would arrive and was on time. He explained everything to me in words I could understand. He answered my questions well and gave us the personal and professional touch. He did not stay to gab afterward, but did tell us when he was finished so we could lock up the house again. I have had work done in my home with Lickety Split and they have always given me great service. Thx again.

I contacted Lickety Split to replace a kitchen sink and faucett. Every point of contact was great. The phone interactions, the consultant who came out to provide quote, and the technicians who came out to do the work were all very friendly, professional, and courteous. The two gentlemen. Zack and Sydd who came out to do the installation did a fantastic job. They were both very friendly, professional, and thorough. They were very helpful in explaining everything and making sure all my questions were answered. They were a great team and made sure the work area was left clean as before. Both had a wealth of experience and knowledge. They were very meticulous and detail oriented in their work. It is nice to see people that take pride in their work ethics. I would highly recommend Lickety Split for all your plumbing needs.

Yesterday one of Lickity Splits technicians (Chris de Kock) did a tune up on our A/C.unit. Chris is an exceptional technician, he was very friendly and professional in his interaction with us. His knowledge and skills were also excellent, he diagnosed a few issues with our unit and was able to resolve these quickly and effectively. Chris also had a newer technician (Jose) with him for training who was also great. Chris is a 5 star representative for Lickity Split and I will always use their services.

Overpriced, they will take you for a ride or attempt to take you for a ride on every issue. Originally it started with my original service - a new unit. They promised it'd improve cooling, that it'd be better... Yada yada. $15k later and my house is still hot, and a year later - still hot. I have them come out today for a "free tune up" and oh, it isn't a tune up... It's an opportunity for them to try to sell me more stuff that either should have been handled the first time or they "missed" the first time. A quote for another $19k to fix the issues and make the house cool... Yeah, right. Get out of my house and never come back. I will handle it myself from now on. Garbage company.
