My A/C was not cooling yesterday and this company came out to see what was going on with it. The tech was awesome and worked on it for hours to try and fix the problem. They found out that my unit was a rare one and had a part on it that needed to be replaced but to replace it I would need a whole new evaporator coil. That coil would take several days to come in and the damage my unit suffered it would work but not like a new one would. They gave me the option to fix or replace the whole unit. I went with a new unit for the warranty! They were able to come the same day and do the replacement. The replacement team was so nice and came out after 4pm to do the job. They were here till 11pm at night to make sure I had A/C! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs anything they offer! I will definitely use them again if I ever need there services again!
Matthew was great! Despite finding some “surprises” in the ceiling, he was able to fix things quickly and efficiently! Some dummy had put the remote box for a ceiling light INSIDE THE CEILING! At the end of the day, our light and fan works again!
Johnathan came out and helped me with understanding my needs and Goose was awesome he came and got the spetic pumping done and was very knowledgeable, he answer my questions about my spetic system and I was happy with the overall services. Thank you both for a job well done.
$49 (discounted ) to come out and then $397 for a capacitor change seems exorbitant to me. I had to object at the end to a UV replacement which would have even increased the $397 onsite charge to over $700. Any discount they were going to apply went out the door when I turned down the UV replacement. Not sure what prices go these days but these prices are high! Apart from the cost, the service men (Cory and Louis) that came out were great guys - very professional, polite and explained the items clearly. They also checked out all the various items and were honest about the state of the hvac system (in and out). I am quite knowledgeable about my system so would have easily known if they lied about something that my previous company already did or took care of. In summary, I docked a star here as the price didn't justify the maintenance items in my opinion. I can only imagine if I actually had real issues with the hvac, what core repair costs will be. This company is not cheap thats for sure, and this was honestly communicated. Regardless, I have no doubt that, put aside the cost, if they re to fix something, they ll do it well. As a first time customer, I have mixed feelings. Update: Technicians that came told me that I couldn’t replace the UV bulb by itself and it needed to be fully a replaced set. I questioned this but was told that wasnt the case. Well…I did my research- What they said wasnt true at least for my model. Im taking out 1 more star. I was able to go to amazon, buy a 2-year replacement for under $120 and easily replace it myself saving premium bucks compared to if I just went with what I was told. Do your research folks - It saves you money and makes you more knowledgeable!
When our A/C went out, Lickety Split became our hero! Oscar, who was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and kind, showed up just a few hours after we called. He did a thorough inspection, explaining each detail to ensure we understood exactly what was going on & how we should proceed. We definitely made the right call when choosing someone for our A/C needs. Thank you.
