⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding — Liberty Law I cannot say enough good things about Tom Gurrola and his entire team at Liberty Law. From the very beginning, they took my case seriously and treated me with compassion and respect. As a father working full-time while taking care of my girls, I didn’t have a lot of money available upfront, but Tom and his team were willing to work with me on payments and made sure I could still have the representation I needed. I’ve had some very difficult experiences with the court system in the past, so the way Tom and his team came together and fought for me was absolutely jaw-dropping. Tom Gurrola is a master craftsman at his trade. He walked into court, stood beside me through everything, and ultimately helped me obtain full custody of my girls despite the negative things that were being said by my ex and her family. Today, I have my girls full-time, and things are peaceful between me and my ex. Honestly, I’m still in shock that everything worked out the way it did, and I feel incredibly blessed. I also want to recognize the legal assistants who were there for me throughout this entire process. Sheila Grinnell, Veronica Bridger, and recently retired Jill Hunter were absolutely on top of everything from start to finish. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and even when I was freaking out, they remained calm, cool, collected, and patient with me. This wasn’t just a law firm handling a case for me. They genuinely made me feel like they were standing in my corner. Mister Gurrola That outstanding job on our first court session against the X. It was very detailed in his questioning. He did a very good job. I’m looking forward to our next court appearance as for a staff, Miss Jill and Miss Sheila outstanding couple. They were very helpful telling me what I needed to have and what I needed to do so I always got there on time and early. If you give them a chance, they will help you make sure you do your research and you give them the information they need to assist you in your court appearance. Great job Tom.

Called for a consultation for a custody agreement. The person told me they were the managing partner. They were very rude and got agitated at my questions to the point they were almost yelling at me. It left a very sour taste in my mouth and would never recommend this firm based on this talk. I feel this was unprofessional.

Unprofessional and disrespectfully handled callback: I had an extremely disappointing interaction with an attorney from this firm (believed to be Tom). After reaching out to several firms regarding a sensitive family law matter, I received a callback from him. He failed to properly introduce himself or clarify which firm he was calling from. When I asked what the call was regarding, he dismissively claimed the matter wasn't important to me in a sarcastic matter, even though it is deeply important to me. When I asked for clarification on who I was speaking with, he became agitated and abruptly hung up on me. People reaching out for family law representation are already navigating stressful situations and deserve basic respect, patience, and empathy especially from a professional they would be paying to represent them. Taking out impatience on prospective clients is completely unacceptable. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend this firm.
