Amazing experience thanks to assistant manager Sunshine. She's an angel and deserves a raise & a promotion! She was very kind & patient guiding us thru pebble selections & other landscaping options always going above & beyond without being pushy or judgmental. Her associate Garron was very knowledgeable, courteous & helpful too. My family has used this supply store even when it was called Trad's before. Got free delivery & satisfied! This place is amazing like a mini sanctuary atmosphere, very serene for a stroll that inspires connection to Nature & bringing that home. The chicken coop is adorable, these sassy ladies (the chickens) seem to well fed & taken care of by the crew.
I attended Liberty's first plant bingo event this weekend and I was so impressed. It was my first time there, and the nursery was lovely and had a wonderful selection of plants. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The bingo event was executed flawlessly, I was so amazed it was their first time hosting an event like that! The prizes were all gorgeous plants I would have picked out myself, and when two guests called bingo at the same time the staff graciously produced another plant of the same variety for the second winner. I missed the name of the woman calling numbers, but she was a great host and kept us laughing the whole time. After a competitive hour and a half of bingo, we were invited to shop the nursery at a 10% discount and ask any plant related questions we had. Matt, Mia, and Paul were all eager to share their knowledge, and I'll be back another day to meet Bailey, who was cited as knowledgeable about natives.
I wanted to share our recent experience with Liberty Landscaping so neighbors can make informed decisions. We purchased a hibiscus tree from Liberty Landscaping, and it died within their stated 90-day warranty period. When we contacted them about a warranty claim, we were told the tree had not been watered enough and that the warranty would not be honored. What makes this especially frustrating is that we have dedicated irrigation serving both our lawn and landscaping. Our grass, flowers, shrubs, and other trees are healthy and thriving. We take great care of our landscaping, and there is no indication of a broader watering issue. We understand that plants can sometimes fail, and we were not upset that the tree died. What disappointed us was that a plant that failed during the warranty period was not covered, despite the irrigation and care it received. If you are considering using Liberty Landscaping, I would recommend asking detailed questions about their warranty and getting a clear understanding of what circumstances may void coverage. This is simply our experience, and others may have had different results, but we felt it was worth sharing so neighbors know what to expect.
We’ve been buying plants from this location for years and they always have a great variety and great deals. Every visit has been a good experience. Last time we were there, Jasmine helped us and went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. It’s customer service like this that keeps us coming back to Liberty. Really appreciate the care and attention!
First time visiting Liberty, this week. I only wish I checked them out when they opened a few years ago. To my surprise I have met a friendly staff and really appreciated facility layout. My story… they had exactly what I have been seeking for the past month. I decided to check this facility out and stopped in for a visit. While talking to Niki at Liberty, she matched exactly what I needed. [ Thank you Niki ] With some excitement I went home to talk to my wife. My wife has been after me to pick up an exotic plant, and I found at Liberty !! Both Niki and Jasen are exceptional in both communication and planting & installs. Really appreciate them both. If you have any plant or tree questions call in and ask for Niki. Also, bring your big trucks and trailers. For this location has an easy entrance and exit for big trucks & trailers. This is so special.
