Over the past years, I’ve utilized their services to deliver my Red Mulch and white river rocks twice a year and for the last couple years, Juan has been my delivery contact driver. He delivers neatly and quickly and safely! Another shout out goes to Chase the General Manager has gone over and above the duties of a manager to assure all my needs were met and 100% satisfied. If you ever need your landscaping needs, this is a highly recommended location. As a former Home Depot Store Manager, I would give them all a High “5” star review! Keep up the great work guys and we will see you guys again soon over the spring and summer months. And once again my mulch is fresh and ready to go for spring and summer this year of 2026. Great selection of rock/stone. That was our main reason for going there. Loved the selection of trees/ flowers/herbs too. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Great delivery too. Going back for sure! Now she can get some flowers 🌷

Update after my initial review: I was surprised to have the regional manager reach out to me the same night I wrote this review below. He explained that that is not how Liberty does business and wanted to touch base about my experience and make it right. He apologized for the issues with my delivery and the quality of my plants. He credited me for the plants that I initially received and delivered new plants to me himself. It is definitely clear that Liberty wants to make their customers happy and are accountable for any issues that happen. I updated the stars from 2 to 4 to reflect the wonderful customer service I received from the regional manager. Original review: First time ordering mulch and plants online at Liberty to be delivered but was disappointed when the delivery didn’t happen on the scheduled date. I called a couple hours before closing to check on my order and was told it wasn’t on the delivery schedule (spoke to Jamie). Although frustrated I understand that mistakes happen. I was told that it would be delivered first thing the next morning when they open at 9am. I was told the driver would call when he was on the way. By 12:30pm the next day I had not heard from anyone so I called Liberty again to check on my delivery again. I was told I was the next house to be delivered. I’m not exactly sure when it came because I had to leave and no one called when they were on the way to ask where to put the mulch/plants on my driveway as I thought they would. The mulch/plants were there when I got home later in the day. I wanted to get the landscaping done over the weekend, but the issues with the delivery didn’t allow me to do this which was frustrating. I was also surprised at the quality of the plants. I didn’t expect them to look exactly like the photos online but I’ve seen better looking agapanthus and thyrallis at every other local garden center and big box store. I added the larger plants to my mulch order out of convenience to have everything delivered together but I wish I would’ve just bought from Ace, Holiday, or Home Depot myself where I could’ve picked out better looking plants.
