⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Working with Scott Edwards to find our family’s home was an experience I will always be grateful for. As a wife and mom, finding the right home wasn’t just about bedrooms, square footage, or location. I wanted a place where our family could feel comfortable, grow together, celebrate holidays, watch our children make memories, and genuinely feel like this is home. Scott understood that from the very beginning. He listened to what both my husband and I wanted, even when our priorities weren’t always exactly the same! He somehow managed to take everything that mattered to each of us and help us find a home that truly felt right for our entire family. Throughout the process, Scott was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. I never felt like we were just another transaction or another closing on his calendar. I had the best agent in the world. Mr.Scott Edwards . He was so patient, understanding, and definitely knowledgeable. The homes are beautiful. He made sure he gave us every option that was available to my family and I. My home building experience was perfect. Home was completed on time and was built with care. LGI builds a very nice, move-in ready home. Jennings Farm is a wonderful community with friendly neighbors, great amenities, including access to Black Creek. It is also a golf cart community, which makes it really fun. The deer and turkey still visit as do many birds. The history here is so interesting (definitely worth investigating) and there are artifacts displayed at the pool that were found on the property. I love it here.
