After doing a lot of research on a daily driver for my wife, we decided on the Lexus IS 350 F SPORT. While we were there, we also decided to give Lexus of Orange Park a chance to provide us with some information on a third vehicle for our family. We weren’t planning on purchasing another vehicle for a few months. Our goal was simply to get some information and take a test drive. On Friday, August 21, we walked into Lexus of Orange Park and were greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk. We asked for a sales representative, and that’s when we met Mr. Christopher Ramirez. From the moment Christopher greeted us with a smile, we never once felt pressured. I have purchased many vehicles from many different dealerships over the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experiences we have ever had. We left that Friday, went home, and slept on it. After thinking about the vehicle and our experience, we decided to go back on Saturday, August 22—and that’s when we purchased the car. The vehicle was exactly what we wanted, but what really stood out was the entire experience. From the front desk greeter, Christopher our salesman, the wonderful lady behind the counter at the café, the finance representative, and the technician who took the time to walk us through the entire vehicle, every person we encountered made us feel welcomed, respected, and valued. There was no pressure, no uncomfortable sales tactics, and no feeling that we were just another customer. Everyone genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. I have bought many vehicles from many dealerships, and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. Thank you to the entire team at Lexus of Orange Park. I had a great experience at the Lexus dealership of Orange Park. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. My sales person was Raven (she’s AMAZING), the sales manager Matt ( sorry if I have the name wrong😀, nice, tall, handsome guy), and last but not least Ana the she’s the Finance Director she was also great. They took the time to answer all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and never made me feel pressured. The buying experience was smooth and efficient, and I am very happy with my new Lexus. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a stress-free car-buying experience.
