This is a nice park where there is a ballfield, another field for play, walking paths, a large playground, picnic areas , and beautiful scenery. Blessings

Emailed city people again! Trash in park for at least 7 months! Can't walk park sidewalks without seeing blight!!! The tax payers want there money . NO MORE EXCUSES! Park has been neglected for YEARS! City has been notified and is liable for falls on very bad sidewalks! I can provide pics I have for any legal action if have fallen while walking.
Huge park with multiple fishing ponds. Only witnessed 1 drug deal during my visit. Would recommend
Great park in a really convenient location. It has a lot of potential and is a nice place to visit overall. That said, the playground could definitely use some updates, and there’s quite a bit of trash that needs to be cleaned up. With a little more maintenance and attention, this would easily be an excellent spot for families and the community.
McGirts Creek Regional Park offers a mix of amenities, including ball fields and a relatively large playground. Unfortunately, during my visit, I noticed several maintenance issues that need attention. The playground is in need of tidying up, with downed limbs, branches, and leaves scattered around. Additionally, the equipment has a broken slide and is covered in mold and fungus, raising safety concerns. While restrooms are available, I cannot comment on their condition as I didn't use them. On a positive note, there are covered shelters, grills, and plenty of bench seating throughout the park. However, the presence of scattered trash debris is disappointing. Given these concerns, I'm hesitant to return to McGirts Creek Regional Park until these problem areas are addressed.
