Dr. Mcdonald is one of the finest doctors/ surgeons I've ever met. He performed cataract surgery, both eyes, some time ago with great success. He recently and is currently helping me with my left eye and upper eye lid as I had surgery to remove a basal cancer cell which is affecting the cornea due to diminished lubrication from the tears and lubrication, that are normally under the eyelid. He's very knowledgeable and I trust him completely !!
The care and service I received at Levenson Eye Associates went over the 10 point scale we're asked to rate our visit as 1 to 10. Everyone had a smile and were very courteous . I saw staff members interacting with clients in such ways as speaking to those with hearing issues in a slow and louder voice, and those with walking canes or walkers would have assistance that was very helpful. I'm definitely a long term patient.
Dr. Frank McDonald is an excellent eye doc. His assistant Ashley was efficient and very cordial. Always a pleasing visit to Levinson Eye in Orange Park FL office.
Perfect in every way. The entire staff was outstanding. I was put at ease. Dr. McDonald’s is the best. Everyone of my friends are so pleased and have nothing but platitudes for him.
Tried to schedule an appointment just to measure my pupil for surgery and the lady at front desk keeps transferring me then transferred back. Do your damn job it's scheduling. Jesus. Should take 2 minutes someone is lazy. She put me on hold now for 15 minutes after I raised my voice a little explaining what they're doing to me currently
