Friendly competent staff from the front desk receptionist to the ophthalmic tech and Dr. MacDonald. Dr Mc Donald took my concerns seriously and didn’t just pass it off as an age related problem. The “dilation waiting room“ was a cozy atmosphere, which enhanced good natured banter from everyone in the room.
Awesome group of individuals. Never in my life have I seen people look like they enjoy coming to work. There wasn't any1 unhappy bout being @ work. They take the time explaining what is going on. No surprises. Surgery is scary snuff. But they were awesome. Thanks so much being there.
The staff there is very courteous. And very kind.. my eye doctor was excellent and explained everything to me. I definitely recommend this place.They do take good care of you
I have been referred to Dr Macdonald by my optometrist and was quite pleased at meeting him for the first time. I will be having cataract laser surgery and was quite satisfied with his exam and explanation of the process. He offered different options and did not oversell. So far, so good, but I am in the initial steps.
the office staffs Lori and Front desk were vere hospitable, warm and respectful. Dr Mc Donald have answered all the medical questions and explained to us what is his dianosis and care needed to my eyes. follow up in a year cataract monitoring. Thanks
