Leslie makes every experience very personable. She has most excellent bedside manner and makes it seem as if you were the only person in the office even though y’all are so incredibly busy every time I’m there. It is so appreciated. She seems to actually care about her patience rather than pushing us through like cattle. I did not want to go to a Pain Management clinic because I did not want somebody thinking. I was there just for medication. I truly am in need of care as I am post op several surgeries. She treats me like a person rather than a number. I am so thankful for her. I know it cannot be easy working in the position she is in all the time. Even saying these words brings a tear to my eye because I was so afraid to come to a place like this in fear of being treated as if I was just there for a pill which is not the case. Thank you all for what you do and please tell Leslie thank you for her impeccable work and specifically for how she treats her patients and caring for us as people and not like cattle to a trough.
I have completely trusted.Coastal for decades. I implicitly trust Leslie with not only my health, but with my child's as well (I don't give that trust easily :-)) and have never lost a wink of sleep over it. She listens and always has a plan to help (& a backup plan and another after that).I recommend her without hesitation. Coastal has changed my life. My pain affected every aspect of my life for years and it's like night and day after finding Coastal.

She is always very thorough, attentive to my needs as patient, and does not just treat me as a number. She listens and offers options that support what I need to achieve my lifestyle goals with as little pain as possible. I would highly recommend.
