Gary LePierre of LePierre Roofing stood behind his work in an impressive way. Even though my roof had been installed for the previous homeowner and the manufacturer would not cover the defective shingles, Gary stepped up and made it right anyway. Instead of patching the problem area, he replaced the entire roof to fully resolve the issue. Communication was clear throughout the process, and after the tear-off the yard was left clean with no debris or nails. As a homeowner who is very protective of my property, I appreciated the honesty, accountability, and workmanship. In a place like Florida, you can’t swing a dead cat without hitting a dozen roofers, but so many of them were cash grab, insurance schemes that all of the HOI underwriters left Florida for years. Honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity are the first words that come to mind when I think about Gary and my new roof… those and “lucky” because that’s I how I feel!
