This place is absolutely TOP tier! My husband came into to sell a scrap peice of gold we found (a mangled ring 14k). Everytime he or we go, we ask go to see Sharon. She is very professional with impeccable customer service skills. We did shop around for the best price on the sale and 1 other place offered the same as she did. However, we returned to sell to her, solely because of her customer service. Thanks so much ❤️.
Hospitality, customer service, the whole business itself is great! The ladies are phenomenal but if you have anything from your childhood do not take it to them to pawn because Ms.Patricia is definitely not going to let you because of it being from your childhood, those things are very valuable to her. Rachel, Erica, and Christy you ladies are the greatest!!! Jacqueline and I thank you all so much, see you all soon.
Mrs.Patricia and the rest of the staff (including Brian, new best friend) went absolutely above and beyond for me today, made me feel like more than a customer and is I were a part of the family.. and I don't mean that lightly and definitely NOT saying that loosely... Ive never been to Lending bear, never even heard of it until today.. but on 1 persons referral I found a place that will know me by name and I by them as I will NEVER go to another lending company OR pawn broker.. I am a lifelong customer of a major chain competitor, once I recover my loan from them, should I ever need another YOU CAN BET i will be back to see Mrs Patricia and the rest of the staff... -Shane, the guy in the wheelchair 😉
The clerks were the best and gave me tips on how to pick the right tool for my tool bits. Great customer service here at landing bear blanding.
Patricia is absolutely amazing. She understands and she helps above and beyond she understands people’s needs and what they’re going through. We appreciate her.
