I had a great experience at Lending Bear Pawn Shop! Angi was the one who helped me, and she was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a smile, was very kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find. Thank you, Angi—I truly appreciate your help. I highly recommend this location!
Love this place! The staff are all so friendly! I especially love the manager. She’s always so sweet every time I go in there.
Came in looking for some jewelry and silver.. asked a lot of questions and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Lindsey helped us and answered all my questions and was very very helpful. Helped authenticate the jewelry I was interested in (I do my research). Will def be back to buy more from this place!
I would like to say after all the pawns shops I’ve been to in Jax, this one is the best. The employees always go above and beyond to give me the best deal and I really appreciate that. Never had an issue and I’ll be back again. I would also like to acknowledge Lindsay, she goes above and beyond to help and make sure your taken care of. Truly a saving grace thank you!!!
