My mom and I enjoy shopping at Leila’s. The owner was very polite and professional. She has some really odd beautiful handbags, tops and jewelry.

I will NEVER step foot in that store again!!!!! Saleswoman followed me around like I was going to take something!!!!! All my friends will hear about this!!!!!
Staff was friendly, knowledgable of foods. Atmosphere was enjoyable also. Great service and food!
This store has a truly lovely selection of items, and as someone who is a strong advocate for supporting small businesses, I really wanted to love my experience here. Unfortunately, the customer service fell short. My encounter with the saleswoman was brief, but she made me feel more like a bother than a valued customer. While I understand everyone can have a long or difficult day, her demeanor came off as quite dismissive and snobby. It is disappointing, as I definitely would have become a regular, returning customer. I love the inventory and hope management takes this as constructive feedback, as welcoming service is so vital for small businesses to thrive.
