Dear Bill and Janette, We wanted to share the wonderful experience we had with your law group regarding the probate of our son Michael's estate. I added a review about 2 years ago and noticed it has been removed. I outlined my experience with the firm and do not know why it was removed. I am adding it back so my experience can be viewed. I went to the firm and indicated I needed a trust. I communicated clearly that i wanted them to do the work. After the trust was set up, and I had paid in full, I was given a set of instructions as to how to put each item in the trust myself. This was not what I expected at all. I indicated, in the beginning, I wanted them to do everything. The owner asked for feedback and I explained my dissatisfaction. He replied with “ok.” I still had to do the work which the firm indicated they would do. I would not recommend this firm.

Working with Legacy Planning was a wonderful experience. They simply explained a quite complicated process and gave ample opportunities for questions/clarifications. The entire staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. All of our needs were addressed (trust, will, power of attorney, HIPPA release, etc) completely. We recommend Bill and his team without hesitation and feel extremely comfortable with our decisions for the future.
