Thank you to the team at Left Hand Garage for the help in ordering a 3.5 inch Rough Country lift kit for my 2008 Silverado. First time I have used them, very helpful, made sure I ordered the correct kit for my truck. The order was shipped quickly and accurately. Will use them use them again and would recommend LHG to others.
A+ customer service. I will be sure to use them again for my future Jeep YJ purchases. Like many Jeep owners I have grown tired of the poor customer service of the popular 4X4 sites. Buying on Amazon can be convienient but most of the items are offshore junk. It is nice to see a new player in the game that understand quality products and values the customer. Great job Left Hand Garage and thanks for the sticker :)
Bought a front bumper for $1,924.99 and rear bumper for $1,379.99. 3 days later, the order was cancelled, and I got an email saying the bumpers were out of stock and I would be refunded. I emailed the seller back telling them that their own website states the shipping policy on their website says that "out of stock orders are shipped as soon as the product becomes available" and I didn't want the order cancelled and I never got a reply back. No response. They did refund the money, then that day they raised the price on their website for the front bumper from $1,924.99 to $2,559.99 and the rear bumper from $1,379.99 to $1,839.99 and still let you purchase it, even though it's supposedly out of stock and they cancelled my order for that very reason. If you're doing stuff like that, then that's bad business practice. Selling something they don't have or most likely, didn't want to honor the advertised price they sold it for. Either way, not professional.
Ordered this Warn winch Monday and it was on my door step Wednesday. This was my first Left Hand Garage order. This will be my first stop for future Jeep needs. Thanks!
This place is amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was personally reached out by the owner who personally assisted with my product need. I was able to purchase my product at an amazing price!!! If you have any needs, I would highly recommend this website. I will definitely be passing this information to everyone I know. Thanks again left hand garage for making a happy and permanent customer
