Dr.Elizabeth Lee is amazing. She spent copious time discussing my issues, explained very clearly what caused my symptoms and made me feel like she really cared. Her treatment methods are incredible and all I can say is that she is a true credit to her profession. The whole atmosphere when you walk into the practice is one of warmth, friendliness and professionalism. After my very first visit, it felt like visiting friends who really care because you don't just feel like a number in a production line. You actually feel like a real patient in caring hands.

Had an excellent experience with this office last week while vacationing in Amelia Island. I was a walk-in client and she treated me and I never had so much great information and my back still feels fantastic. Thank you to you and your office for seeing me as a walk-in.

I had an appt today which was to be my 2nd visit. I'm so upset and shocked that Dr. Lee left for the day as I was sitting in the lobby waiting my turn. I arrived at 2:50 and waited at the counter as the gentleman behind the desk was on the phone. Eventually I sat down to wait til he was finished. Right after he hung up, I could hear him talking to someone behind the door so I waited some more paitiently. As I was about to ask when I was to be next, the gentleman behind the desk asked me if he could help. I said yes and told him my name and that I was here to see Dr. Lee. He informs me that Dr. Lee left a few minutes ago for the day because he had no more patients to see? I was shocked. He says that my appointment was at 2:45 and I said well I thought 3:00 but I've been waiting patiently for my turn. He said well you must have been sitting in your car which I replied no I came in and was standing in front of you when you were on the phone (rude). Then I sat down til you finished but you were talking to someone behind the door. He asks if I filled out a paper which I told him I didn't know I was supposed to as I've only been here 1 time. He replies and said if you would have fillefd one out I'd known you were here. He asked if I wanted to reschedule for Monday and I said no I don't. It's hard to get time . I was so upset that I just left. Why would I want to go back again? Perhaps Dr. Lee needs a bell on his door so the staff knows somebody came in!!
