LeafFilter Gutter Installation & Guards

DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They covered about a 30 foot stretch of gutter between my roof and pool screen enclosure. It's now warped and buckling up after just four months!!! Worst off is that appears that they have ZERO intentions if honoring their "Lifetime warranty". The service tech never showed up as scheduled. Both he and his manager ignored repeatedly calls from customer service to at least give me an update as when they were going to show up. So basically I sat at my house all day waiting for them. It's clear that Leaffilter doesn't value their customers time. Then I got a call the next day. The customer service agent starts off the conversation by saying that he "assumes that I called to reschedule". Reschedule? No. You guys are the ones who didn't show! So that conversation went downhill quickly (I must admit that I used some profanity that I immediately apologized for when the agent ask me to... I was just upset at the service tech that never showed and vented to the wrong person). The conversation ended respectfully with the promise that another manager would call me within an hour. The manager never called! So here we are 24+ hours later. Still no call from Leaffilter. I've resorted to filing a dispute with my credit card. Maybe that will get their attention?

Our Sales Rep Eric Olsen was awesome and had a great presentation and covered everything very well. 3 days later the two man team was here for the install. Professional, courteous, on time, and was done before lunch. The whole experience from start to finish was great! Highly recommend!!!
