LD Bradley is an awesome company trustworthy and keeps their word. Everything Arnold said he would do he did it. And Kevin did a great job with the survey and the crew was professional and polite! Highly recommended! Thank you for the great job

They performed a mortgage survey for me. They did a good job and were very affordable. They clearly marked the boundaries of my property with stakes and flagging tape. The people in the office were very easy to deal with. At the end of the process I was able to pay by credit card via phone and they mailed me the documents.
Office staff super nice, stopped off otis to inquire about positions. The crew was super nice, gave me some info. Asked me some stuff. Its clear from that experience, LD Bradley is good people.
Incorrect locations leading to incorrect surveys. Non responsive for 6 months trying to get a survey. Very rude field workers. Ask anyone not on Google and you will here a a story of there massing things up. I'm glad someone has had a good experience dealing with them because I have not. Nor anyone else that I have talked with about them.
Guys were Amazing. Even came earlier than scheduled, which is always nice. Curious and professional. I'm very HAPPY
