Brian has been a great resource for me over several years, and has provided great insight and guidance. The Eyes on Profile podcast was helpful in framing the interview process and putting some concise tools in front of candidates. Worth a listen if you've got an hour or so!
The Eyes On Profile podcast is a must for anyone in their job search, no matter what phase they are in. The podcast provides helpful advice every step of the way offering examples spanning from how to properly prep for interviews to how to write thoughtful follow ups. Each episode is filled with insights that I found reaffirming things I had done well in the process while also highlighting multiple areas where I had room for improvement. The podcast is another great experience and showcase of the excellent work L.C. Kirk & Co provide.
The Eyes on Profile podcasts and video sessions have been extremely helpful during my recent job search. Brian and his team do a wonderful job of making you stand out from the crowd in the crazy crowded job market. The helpful interview tips and the Eyes on Profile video attached to my resume already are moving me along in a couple of job searches and have my peers asking how they can get it done. I highly recommend consulting with Eyes on Profile if you are or are looking to change jobs or careers or even if you're just starting in the workforce.
