I recently hired Oscar, through Lawn Care, to mow my lawn, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, he demonstrated absolute professionalism, reliability, and a fantastic work ethic. My yard was looking incredibly overgrown and unruly, but Oscar completely transformed it. He didn't just rush through the job with a mower; he took the time to ensure an even, perfectly manicured cut across the entire property. What really set his service apart was the meticulous edging he did along the driveway, sidewalks, and flower beds. It gave the entire yard a sharp, clean, and professionally landscaped look that instantly boosted my home's curb appeal. When he was done cutting, Oscar made sure to thoroughly blow away all the stray grass clippings from the pavement, porch, and patio, leaving the place spotless. It is rare to find someone who pays such close attention to the details and genuinely cares about the quality of their work. On top of his excellent skills, Oscar is polite, punctual, communicative, and very fairly priced. If you are looking for someone dependable who will treat your lawn as if it were their own, I highly recommend Oscar. He exceeded all my expectations, and I will absolutely be using his services again in the future. Thank you, Oscar, for the fantastic job!
Sabrina provided absolutely exceptional service! From the very beginning, she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand what needed to be done, answered questions thoroughly, and made sure everything was handled with care and attention to detail. What stood out most was her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. She was courteous, reliable, and clearly takes pride in the quality of her work. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also truly cares about providing a great experience for the customer. Sabrina is an incredible representative for LawnStarter, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for dependable, knowledgeable, and exceptional service. Definitely a five-star experience from start to finish!
My lawn care provider is doing a wonderful job of maintaining the upkeep of our lawn. She makes it look very nice and clean cut. She also follows the directions that I left for her previously. She was even accommodating whenever I had to change my date at the last minute. I will definitely be using the services for a good while. Thank you Lola for being such a good advocate for this company.
So far so good! I haven’t had the best experience in the past with other lawn companies. I am so please forgive me for being a bit jaded… however, I am hopeful that things will be great with Chance because kept his appointment and on-time, he is a courteous, kind, efficient, hardworking professional. Chance communicates well, easy to speak with, respectful of my property and the lawn looks so nice now! I appreciate LawnStarter for being an awesome resource for lawncare,
This lawn care company in Jacksonville, LawnStar, obviously does not keep track of their lawn care jobs. We just moved into a new place where the owners had this company managing their lawn. They told me they would have LawnStarter do a final mow on the 11th of this month (March 2026). When I reached out to the landlord she said LawnStar had done it already. Well I sent her photos showing it had not been done. However, they wanted to argue stating it had been done. Well the pictures tell a different story. I would not recommend this Jacksonville lawncare company.
