The lack of communication and accountability it’s astounding. I’ve had to complain to Phil multiple times about various different things that never got rectified. He admitted to us that our yard was in bad condition and he fired the people previously “taking care” of it. Excuses. 2 weeks go by and our yard does not get touched. We reach out and he says that he thought we canceled so they did not come to do the yard. More excuses. We have received fines and complaints from the HOA (I even notified him of this), which should never happen if you have a lawn care service, and I had to go out and do the job that I am paying $300 a month for someone else to do. This man will gladly STEAL your hard earned money and provide you with terrible service if you’re lucky to get any at all. I should’ve known what kind of person I was dealing with and avoided this company at all costs after seeing the way the owner responded to unsatisfied reviews. Highly unprofessional.

I wanted to wait to review for them to show how reliable they are. I spoke to owner months ago as I had a TERRIBLE experience with Springscapes lawn care who damaged my yard and broke sprinklers and originally they were great but ended with damage to my property. The owner from Lawn Care of St. Johns not only took the time to hear out my concerns with the other service but assured me that they were reliable and professional. They come every Friday. My lawn has never looked better and for the price it is fantastic that they do yards and cut bushes weekly. I have been using them now for 6 months and have nothing but good things to say. Please continue the great work

If you’re looking for dependable lawn service, I recommend looking elsewhere. I contacted this company a month ago about cleaning up my fence line and never received a response. I followed up via text to ask if it could be handled during the next visit, and he said his crew would take a look when they arrived. I was told they would come on Monday, then later that was changed to Tuesday—but no one showed up either day. They finally arrived on Wednesday, after I had already canceled my service. Despite this, he attempted to charge me for work that was never completed. Overall, I would not recommend this service to anyone seeking reliable, dependable lawn care.

Worst lawn service I’ve ever dealt with. The cut is uneven, the edges are a mess, and they don’t even bother to blow the clippings. It looks like kids playing with lawn mowers instead of professionals. Total scam and complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs.
