Last year they killed part of our lawn by mowing on the lowest setting and then raised their rates. This year, after our grass had been killed last summer, they canceled our service without any notification while we were out of town. When gone, several neighbors start to complain about the high grass. When we asked why our lawn was not being taken care of, they cited that we complained too much and our lawn was not to their standards. We're not the first in our neighborhood that they've done this to. Classy, thanks for the snotty email Bill. Wish I could give lower than 1 star.
