Lavish Nails

The woman in charge tried to charge me way more than it should have been. When I went to the price board to double check her math she quickly brought down the price. It still wasn’t accurate then either but much closer to what it should have been and I had to go somewhere so I let it go (also didn’t feel like fighting it because of the language barrier), but it was all very disappointing. I paid for four people’s manicures&pedicures and would have been a repeat customer with all four of us. But I will never go back now. I cannot imagine trying to do this to costumers who are paying this much, it truly does not make any business sense. If you decide to go I would have the price ready in your head in case she tries to do the same thing to you. She also repeatedly tried to upgrade me on things without asking. It was very shady and discouraging. I loved the nail tech and she was very skilled though.

I've had gel manicures from many places, but this one lasted longer than most. Nearly two weeks later, the shine is still there and I haven't noticed any lifting. The salon was clean, well-maintained, and the staff seemed genuinely interested in making customers happy.

This salon is the absolute BEST! I had the most incredible manicure with builder gel X and gel pedicure, as well as brow threading. These ladies are so kind, professional and talented!

This was my third time at this nail salon. The first two times were great with Jenny. This time was a very different experience, a different lady did my nails and they’re the worst they’ve ever looked. I asked for the shape and thickness to be fixed multiple times and even tried shaping them myself. I tried a new sugar glitter top coat and it looked beautiful on the sample… the nail tech put black underneath as seen in the photo which made my nails look dirty on the edges. The dip is on my skin- the nail tech took the time to go clean herself off after finishing the black layer but never took the time to clean the thick layer off my skin. The dip was bumpy and thick even after using the drill and my nails look super wide which is unusual as I have very thin fingers and nails. It usually takes an hour at most to get my nails done, this took an hour and a half. It got to the point of me being so ready to go, I chose to stop correcting her and let her finish so I could leave. Immediately after leaving I shaped them myself to make them look a tad bit better (the second photo is after). $70 later and it looks like a 3rd grader did my nails… less than dissatisfied and will not be returning.
