Lavender Nail Bar of St. Augustine

This was one of the most upsetting and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I was charged $70 without any clear explanation of pricing beforehand. No one told me how much builder gel would cost, and if I had known, I would have said no immediately. The lack of transparency feels very misleading. When I called to address it, I was told to come back in. I came in calm, polite, and just trying to resolve the issue. Instead of having a professional conversation, he would not even properly speak with me—every time I tried to explain my concern, he would get on his phone and ignore me. On top of that, he started yelling at me in front of other customers. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable. The situation escalated to the point where I was so overwhelmed that I ended up crying, and he continued yelling at me in front of everyone. He even threatened to call the cops on me simply for asking for a refund. I told him it was ridiculous to speak to customers that way, and he made it clear he didn’t care at all—even saying he didn’t care if I left a bad review. Between the hidden pricing, being ignored, the aggressive behavior, and the complete lack of basic respect, this was an awful experience. No one should ever be treated like that for calmly raising a concern. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. I include the inspo and my nails.
