Lauryn went above and beyond for my mother and me. We were looking for a place that would suit my mothers needs, fit in a pretty tight budget, and had investing potential for me, and she helped us find the perfect fit. She knows St. Augustine well and was very informative on what different properties had to offer in each homes construction, layout, location, and affordability. Because of this we were able to easily move through the process of discarding properties that were not of great value and collecting a myriad of homes that would fit both, my mother’s needs and my needs. While St. Augustine is an amazing place to live, there are many things that need to be considered when buying a place due to its proximity to water, potential for hurricaines, flooding, and the summer heat. She is professional and on top of her game, but still made me feel like it was a friend helping in the decision. I live out of state, so i was relying on her immensely for detailed information about each property. I highly recommend her to anyone looking in the area. She really made the whole process easy for us and I am very grateful for that.
