I attended a Derby Birthday Party. The atmosphere was very nice and being able to stand next to and also touch the horse was definitely new to me. The shrimp and crab egg rolls were pretty good, but the crab cakes really needed some help. They were a little salty for my taste buds, the texture was too soft for the crabcakes. It was like they forgot something in the mix and they also tasted very similar to the mixture in the egg rolls except for the saltiness. Had I not ordered 2 appetizers to make a meal because they were out of fried oysters, I would have never know the similarity. That night there was a live band, so it was kind of noisy. Anyway, overall it was a nice outing.

I tried it during Happy Hour in a Friday Night. The drink portion is really one cup split in half (2 for 1 drinks). The food was good. ...fries chicken was perfectly crispy and seasoned. The ambiance is beautiful. The service was amazing. The guy whose in charge was very amiable and checked in on customers. My server was superb. She came from the VI...my hometown. She's very professional and friendly. THE MUSIC MADE MY EVENING!!!! I LOVE LIVE JAZZ AND IT SURELY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The singer's vocals were on point and she knew how to engage the audience.

My husband and I went to Lauren Seafood and Jazz for the first time on 3/16. The music, food, atmosphere and service were great! Jasmine was our waitress and she was very attentive and professional. We will definitely go back.

Pretty atmosphere, I love the way it looks in there. They play life music and I loved it. I had lemon pepper chicken wings with fries and fried broccoli, everything was honestly delicious. A little pricey but it was delicious. I had a drink, I do not remember the name of the drink but it was good. Definitely do recommend going mostly if you are into live music. I did go on a slow night so I don’t know how pack it can get on a busy night but overall I enjoyed my night; i do definitely want to go back and recommend it.
