Laura went above and beyond as an agent. She did her homework on what area houses were being listed or sold at and help guide me to a realistic selling price. However, she let us make the final decision after we had a chance to discuss it between ourselves. She also went out of her way to pick up a light fixture that had fallen to the floor in pieces. She had new locks installed when someone had taken the house key. She called a plumbing contractor and set up an appointment to make a neccessary repair.
