booking was easy. the price was very reasonable. check in and out was simple. We stayed in unit 304 north end of july 2026. the unit was a bit dated but comfy and clean. it had all the essentials in the kitchen. the huge balcony was awesome overlooking the pool and ocean. could see the moon from the balcony each night. the unit was quiet. the elevator was noisy when going up. sounded like it needed a repair. they had luggage racks to roll to your room. plenty of parking right out front. the walkway to the beach was not long. some places north of this have very long walkways. the pool and pool furniture was rather new, clean, nice. the beach was wide and flat. loved the area. about 20 minutes to old town st. augustine. would stay there again.

We loved everything about this location! Quiet and peaceful. The garage had everything needed for the beach, including boogie boards. Beds were comfy. We’ll be back!

Our stay in Saint Augustine, Ponce Landing, was incredible! Check in 🔑 process was a breeze and our unit was well stocked with everything you need to explore the beach, hang out in town, spend time in the condo 🛌 and more. The location was well maintained and condo 🏘 was well kept and most importantly exceptionally clean 🧼. Management of the unit takes pride in their accommodations and service to guest. 🌟 Bedding, linens and amenities provided were perfect 🌂. The unit had beach ⛱️ chairs, bikes, beach umbrellas, a BBQ 🍖, seating on both upper and the lower patio made for quite mornings and social evenings. The best part was that the unit is beachfront and access to the most serene beach 🌊 to play, explore, search for seashells and watch the 🌅 was perfect. 🔐 The secure garage parking was a bonus and having a washer & dryer in unit was a nice touch. Highly recommend your stay with Latitude30 anytime you are in Saint Augustine. 🏖
