Landmark Title - Saint Johns Office

I am a real estate agent who has used various title companies throughout the city and Will and his team with Kayla and Gretchen amongst others always do a great job. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great title company.

Landmark Title has really gone above and beyond to make our home buying experience enjoyable and completely worry free. A huge thank you to Gretchen for ensuring that all of our questions and concerns were handled with excellence. I would highly recommend this Title company to anyone purchasing a home in the Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, St Augustine area!

Excellent service from Landmark Title (St. Johns) on recent transactions with Jason Braswell and Craig Dixon at Future Home Loans. Their closing team kept everything moving with clear updates, proactive coordination, and a well-organized settlement package. Appreciate the teamwork - looking forward to future closings together!

These ladies went so above and beyond for me. Needed a POA for signing due to an injury, Gretchen personally came to our place to handle it and helped push the lender along. Her and Kayla helped so much to get everything accross the finish line despite some challenges outside of their control. 10 out of 10. Will use them in the future for sure. Best experience with a title company by far. They care a lot and are so helpful!
